An additional pound of blackberries were added about a week later when more bottles became available. 5gal/7lbs
Gravity of berry beer 1.002. Will check again in a week or two. Tried some blends, 3:1 berry:plain seems best.
5.75 gallons blackberry beer / .67 gallons base sour bottled to 4.25 volumes CO2 (10.8 oz dextrose).
